Sponsorship

NY/IABC does have sponsorship arrangements. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please contact our Chapter President, Peter Burger at burgerpete@gmail.com

Current NY/IABC Sponsorship Policy:

• Access to NY/IABC membership is carefully controlled through mailings/emails handled solely by NY/IABC. We will not release the names of members for use by a sponsor.
  
  
• NY/IABC does not permit our name and/or logo to be used in relation to any official endorsement of a sponsor's product or company.
  
  
• NY/IABC does not partner with any company to promote messages that seem contrary to our stated mission.
  
  
• NY/IABC grants sponsorships for cash donations. Sponsors who provide in-kind support will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to judge whether fair market value can be assessed and a mutually beneficial partnership can be achieved.
  
  
• NY/IABC records all transactions to fulfill IRS reporting obligations.
  
  
• NY/IABC accounts for expenses to implement any sponsorship.
  
  
• All sponsorships will be based on a written agreement signed by the NY/IABC President.
  
  
• All sponsorship opportunities and negotiations will be handled by the NY/IABC Sponsorship Committee with approval by the NY/IABC Board President.
  
  
• The NY/IABC Sponsorship Committee will develop sponsorship packages that must be approved by the NY/IABC officers.
