Answering a job ad on LinkedIn:  A recruiter sees your name, headline, current/past job titles, names of schools, # of recommendations, # of connections and your contact info.
 
Interview via Skype?  This type of interview will show your presentation skills and your ability to interface.
 
Having a panel interview?  This type of interview will show your ability to build chemistry and see if you fit the company’s culture.
 
In a recent SHRM survey, 43% of HR professionals said social media profiles can provide information about work-related performance.
 
A SHRM survey reports that 61% of HR pros conducted online searches to gain more info and 50% said they verify an applicant’s resume and cover letter this way.
 
Your resume summary – keep it short/concise; eliminate pronouns and avoid jargon.
